RESUME
The article presents a brief historical overview of the oldest and largest park in Sofia, “Borisova Garden”, through the prism of its cultural significance from its creation in 1882 up to 2025. The main processes of planning and management of the park are traced, as well as its significance for citizens across three historical periods marked by changes in state governance regimes: monarchy, socialism, and the market economy.
